- 30 ml – fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml – agava syrup
- 2 dash – orange bitters
- fresh egg white

RECIPE
- Shake all ingredients in a shaker:
- in the first stage, without ice (dry shaking),
- In the second stage, with ice.
